		<description>I know what you mean Cheryl!  Here in San Diego the buying activity is incredible.  You&#039;d think we were at the top of the market again, people are in such a rush to see homes.  But the rush this time is because the lowest-priced foreclosure properties and short-sales are attracting multiple offers in the first few days after the property comes on the market.  It&#039;s ironic that buyers have to be in such a rush in a buyer&#039;s market... but we&#039;re making the best of it and my clients are landing some excellent deals.
